Moleskine has always been a favourite notebook for travelers. The Moleskine City Notebooks- the first guidebooks you write yourself- was launched in 2007, and include European and American cities. These guidebooks have become  indispensable helpers for lots of travellers. This summer, Modo&Modo presents the first two Asian City Notebooks: Beijing and Hong Kong.

At the occasion of the Beijing 2008 Olympic Games, an Olympic insert was specially designed for the Beijing City Notebook, with maps of Olympic Games Area.

The Working Unit Company, Asian representative of Modo&Modo, is holding special event “MOLESKINE HONG KONG AND BEIJING CITY NOTEBOOKS: EXCLUSIVE PREVIEW”. 40 participants in Beijing and Hong Kong (20 persons in each city) got special copies of City Notebooks one month before the launch for acquaintance and completion. Places, routes, thoughts and stories - everything that makes the guidebook individual. The 13th of June is the day for all the guidebooks to come back to Hong Kong, where an exhibition will take place to show all the unlimited usages of the City Notebooks. Instead the participants will get new citi-book and one more chosen notebook.

 The Moleskine Beijing and Hong Kong City Notebooks will be launched on June 24th, 2008. AT our website you can order them in August.

At the same time, 3 new city notebooks for European cities will be launched in June: Athina (Athens), Bruxelles (Brussels) and Istanbul. The coming titles from the Asian City Notebook Collection will be: Tokyo and Kyoto (Fall 2008), Bangkok and Shanghai (2009).
